How can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every item with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, we accept returns on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect or error on our part.

How do I start a return?
Just contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for processing.
